Meet Diana Korby - Your Fitness Coach & Nutritionist

Hey! My name is Diana and I’m so excited to start working with you and help you make your ideal physique a reality. I am a qualified fitness coach and nutritionist with over a decade of experience in training and competing in bodybuilding. I have spent years learning about fitness, health, well-being and resistance training to better my knowledge and bring you all the up to date, most credible information I possibly can. I achieved Level 2 & Level 3 personal training qualifications along with Level 4 nutrition and also hold an Exercise Referral for Special Population certification so I can offer my services to an even wider population and be in a position to educate people so they can train without fear of exacerbating their medical conditions.

 

I am an active bodybuilding athlete so I am very familiar with what it takes to achieve stage worthy physique without harming your health. If you are thinking of competing in your first show, I got you! Bodybuilding is not all about the body, but also the mind. Competing will give you a sense of pride and strength, not only physically but emotionally and mentally. The feeling of changing your body and being in control is unbelievable. By competing you will gain tons of discipline. The discipline that shapes your character as a person. The discipline that stops you from eating the chocolate bar on your table. The discipline that sets you apart from the average person.

 

Whatever your fitness goal is, I do not want you to simply follow a training split or a nutrition plan without fully understanding the reasoning behind particular choices, I want you to understand the techniques, perfect the form performing exercises and learn how to implement nutritional habits into your life so neither training nor nutrition topics become a chore but rather a way of bettering yourself and enjoying the process. I try to talk about and show my clients the most helpful and useful information on many different topics within fitness and help in the best way I possibly can. Bespoke training programs tailored around your goals and aspirations, training experience and  abilities, making sure it is challenging but achievable. You will be surprised what your body is capable of and what can be achieved within a relatively short period of time.
